This campaign was developed during a period when many organisations were redefining how work happens. Rather than relying on the conservative visual language typically seen in enterprise IT marketing, the creative direction used bold colour blocking, geometric iconography, and expressive graphic patterns to create a more human and optimistic tone.

• Designed the campaign’s visual system, including colour framework and iconography
• Developed editorial layouts for campaign materials and marketing assets
• Ensured brand consistency while introducing a more modern visual language
• Oversaw production and execution across print and digital channels

Bringing the Message to a Wider Audience

To extend the reach of the campaign, a short introductory video was developed for YouTube and digital channels. The video introduced the challenges of hybrid work before presenting Work Anywhere™ as the solution.

The intersecting graphic lines used throughout the document represent connections between people, systems, and information, reinforcing Ricoh’s positioning as a provider of integrated workplace solutions.

By combining vibrant colour palettes with simplified iconography and structured layouts, the design introduces a sense of clarity and energy into a category that often relies on predictable, corporate visual conventions.

A flexible visual framework was developed so the campaign could extend across multiple assets while maintaining consistency.

Key elements included:

• A modular graphic pattern symbolising interconnected digital workflows
• A high-contrast colour palette to create visual distinction in a crowded market
• Simplified iconography to humanise complex technology messaging
• Structured editorial layouts designed to guide readers through technical content

This approach allowed the campaign to communicate complex workplace transformation ideas in a format that remained accessible, engaging, and visually distinctive.

Turning Strategy into Engagement with Direct Mail

Direct mail served as the physical entry point to the campaign, bringing the Work Anywhere concept directly to prospective clients.

The mailer introduced the campaign’s key messaging in a concise and visually striking format, using the same design language and graphic system developed for the brochure. By translating the campaign narrative into a tactile format, the direct mail piece helped capture attention and encourage recipients to engage further with Ricoh’s digital content and sales teams.

The piece acted as both a lead-generation tool and a gateway into the broader campaign ecosystem, directing recipients to additional resources and solutions designed to help organizations navigate the transition to hybrid work.

The global shift toward hybrid and remote work fundamentally changed how organizations collaborate, share information, and maintain productivity. Businesses suddenly faced a fragmented digital environment — employees working across multiple devices, locations, and networks while still needing seamless access to tools and data.

Ricoh’s Work Anywhere™ solution was developed to address this transformation. Built around a secure, centrally managed digital workspace powered by Microsoft 365, the platform enables organizations to work from anywhere without compromising productivity, collaboration, or security.

This campaign positioned Ricoh as a trusted partner helping businesses adapt confidently to a rapidly evolving workplace landscape.
